The Victron Energy BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor is a modern, high-accuracy monitor designed to give you deep insight into your battery system. It continuously measures voltage, current, and ampere-hours, then calculates your battery’s state of charge (SoC), power usage, and time-to-go based on current loads. With built-in Bluetooth, you can instantly monitor and configure it using the VictronConnect app—no extra hardware needed.
An auxiliary input adds flexibility: you can monitor a second battery, midpoint voltage, or battery temperature (with optional sensor). The monitor includes audible and visual alarms, a programmable relay to automate behavior (e.g. triggering a generator), and robust protection features to keep your system safe.
