AGREEMENTS

 

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to DOOGO.
DOOGO is a Ghana-based online retail platform offering a curated selection of appliances, home
essentials, and lifestyle products.
Customers can:- Shop available products directly- Submit requests for specific items through our Custom Request feature
By using DOOGO (website or mobile app), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. BUSINESS MODEL

– DOOGO operates as an online-only store- No walk-in retail shop- Orders fulfilled via warehouse and partner network

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

– Subject to availability- May be updated or removed anytime- Images may slightly vary

4. PRICING- All prices in GHS

– Subject to change

– Delivery fees calculated at checkout

5. ORDER PROCESSING

– Orders processed within 24–48 hours- Confirmed after payment- May be declined for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity

6. CUSTOM REQUEST SERVICE

– Customers can request items not listed- GHS 250 non-refundable service fee applies- Final pricing shared before confirmation

7. DELIVERY

– Nationwide delivery- Timelines communicated after confirmation- Delays may occur due to logistics

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

7-day return policy applies:- Item unused- Packaging intact- Seals unbroken- Not installed- Proof of purchase required
Non-returnable once opened:- TVs- Refrigerators- Air Conditioners- Installed appliances
Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours.
Eligible for exchange or store credit after inspection.

9. PAYMENTS

– Accepted via approved channels- Orders processed after payment confirmation

10. WARRANTIES

– Provided by manufacturer- DOOGO may assist

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DOOGO not liable for indirect damages or misuse after delivery.

12. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must provide accurate info and avoid fraudulent activity.

13. MODIFICATIONS

DOOGO may update terms anytime.

14. GOVERNING LAW

Ghana laws apply.

You can:
• Shop products directly from our store
• Request specific items using our Custom Request feature

We operate as an online-only platform with no walk-in store.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

2. PAYMENTS

We accept secure payments via:
• Mobile Money
• Card payments

Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed.

3. DELIVERY

We deliver across Ghana.

• Delivery timelines are shared after order confirmation
• We aim for fast and reliable delivery
• Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused
• Original packaging must be intact
• Factory seals must not be broken
• Item must not be installed

Non-returnable once opened:
• TVs
• Refrigerators
• Air Conditioners
• Installed appliances

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours.

Approved returns qualify for:
• Exchange OR
• Store credit
